The EQ Effect
Transform Yourself, Transform Your Program
As educational landscapes evolve, leaders, teachers, and youth professionals need more than strategies — they need a mindset, skillset, and toolset rooted in emotional intelligence (EQ) to thrive.
This course equips you with practical tools and fresh perspective so you can lead with clarity, empathy, and resilience — whether you’re working in a classroom, after-school program, or community setting.
By strengthening your own EQ first, you’ll create a ripple effect that transforms your program culture, reduces stress, and helps staff and students thrive.
Now is the time for educators and leaders to reimagine what teaching and leading can look like moving forward.
